BMWC Process Fabrications, Inc. is a hygienic custom manufacturer of pharmaceutical and biotech products that include detail design, manufacturing, factory testing and delivery of process skid assemblies and subassemblies.
Formed in 2002, BMWC Process Fabrications, Inc. helps to fill the need expressed in the bio-pharmaceutical industries for a manufacturer that has historical roots in process pipe
fabrication, installation and equipment erecting. Our objective is to help improve delivery of products to our customer’s users, provide experienced safety-minded people driving process-based solutions, while
constantly keeping a time-driven sense of urgency to a commitment of progress. We achieve success through supply chain relationships, innovative material applications and detail design capabilities to deliver our

BMWC companies offer high-quality, union-constructed pipe fabrication services from our fully-operational pipe fabrication shop located at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. Our trained, qualified and certified welders produce carbon steel and alloy pipe spools, manifolds, structural arbors, supports and vessels continuously through this highly efficient operation.
Currently, we offer pipe fabrication capabilities ranging from small bore up to forty-eight (48”) diameter.
We also offer stainless steel piping, hygienic tube and skid fabrication services with full documentation, hydro testing and passivation services.
Fabricated pieces have been shipped to many major clients across the United States and Puerto Rico. Our “customers for life” continue to place orders with our fabrication shop because they receive measurable benefits such as higher quality and reduced, reliable production times.
The most significant cost savings for our clients have been realized from pre-loaded pipe racks and assemblies that required high-fitting density, ultimately reducing installation time.
BMWC Process Fabrication Inc. is an 8,000 square foot fabrication shop with a 2,000 square foot small tool repair workshop area. The shop also has overhead monorails and hydraulic lifts.
