BMWC Group, Inc. maintains agreements with the major industrial building trades. As a large employer of building trades crafts, we maintain close working coordination with trades’ leadership. Practicing our commitment to development of the workforce, our field supervisors participate in the development and delivery of apprentice training programs. We are one of the largest employers of trades’ apprentices in our geographic work areas, and intentionally orient and assign each apprentice to several facets of industrial construction. Being signatory to many key trades, we are able to self perform major work elements and effectively coordinate projects. We are also signatory to the National Maintenance Agreement (NMA), General Presidents Agreement (GPA), National Power Generation Maintenance Agreement (NPGMA) and the Boilermakers NTD Agreement.
