Heavy equipment erections, relocations and repairs are an important part of our industrial projects. We have designed a detailed rigging procedure that ensures all factors are taken into consideration BEFORE we begin the work. The procedure is as follows:

• Transport/haul planning
• Underground issues and obstacles
• Overhead clearance review
• Detailed lift plans – 5 types depending on type of lift
• Support of PE design firms where required
• Pre-rigging checklist

• Refinery flare tips set with helicopter
• Offsite assembly of Coker furnaces during a pre-outage period; furnaces rolled into place to shorten outage duration
• 800,000 convection section replacement
• Module transport and erection
• SCR erection utilizing tower crane and ringer crane due to space constraints
• Exchanger dismantlement, cleaning, reassembly and testing
• Pharmaceutical bottling, CIP skids, packaging units installed
