Human Resources

The BMWC companies Human Resources Departments are responsible for recruiting the non-signatory, General & Administrative staff for the subsidiary companies, which include BMW Constructors, Inc. and BMWC Constructors, Inc. HR is also responsible for managing employee benefits for the same operating companies.

Mitch Prunty is the Recruiting Manager, based in our Munster, IN office for BMW Constructors, Inc. and BMWC Constructors, Inc. Leah Gutmann is the Manager of Administration and Finance, based in our Kent, WA office for BMWC Constructors, Inc. HR administrative support and benefits administration is provided by Diane Prosser in Indianapolis.
