Customers can utilize the fabrication shop in Northwest Indiana to save time and money by fabricating the materials in a controlled environment before they are needed on site. It provides a safer, more cost-efficient alternative.
The 12,000 sq. ft. shop has a 10-ton and a 7.5-ton crane and is able to fabricate one-half (½”) inch to thirty-six (36”) inch diameter piping spools, pipe supports and attachments, platforms and ladders,
process skids and instrument stands. The shop uses SMAW, GTAW, GMAW and FCAW welding processes and follows ASME, ANSI, API, AWWA, ASTM, AWS, NBBI and SMACNA standards.
