Our planning is deliberate and methodical. We involve knowledgeable, experienced field supervisors to develop labor plans for the work activities, in addition to creating traditional work activity sequence and dependency plans. Our emphasis is to involve the ideas of experienced crafts and field supervisor in a ‘Lean Thinking’ approach to develop smooth field work flow that supports what’s best for the project as a whole, not just what is best for one contractor or one craft.
Actual expended field man hours are collected and compared to labor plan estimates in our construction-specific, fully integrated business system. This provides user-friendly earned progress reports, productivity data and cost-at-completion forecasts in real time. Valuable and accurate performance data is assessed promptly to improve field plans and adapt quickly to any changing conditions or needs.
Our work crews are very familiar with piping design practices, standard details and preferences in the petrochemical industry. We perform and coordinate in-process inspection of components and erection, conduct system turnover inspections relative to design documents, and compile quality documentation according to code requirements and owner quality management policies. Our project teams routinely complement turnover and commissioning with inspection and documentation services.
