The wholly owned subsidiaries of BMWC Group, Inc. are:

BMW Constructors, Inc. – An Indiana corporation, founded on March 2, 1948.  Operated as Baker, McHenry & Welch, Inc. from March 1955 to March 1983, the name was changed to BMW Constructors, Inc. operating solely in the Midwest, with offices in Indianapolis, IN and Munster, IN.  The company is a general industrial contractor providing process pipe fabrication & installation, sheet metal fabrication & installation, boilermaker services, mechanical equipment, welding services and structural steel erection primarily to the oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, power generating and petrochemical industries.
                       
BMWC Constructors, Inc. - Originated from the acquisition of Pilchuck Mechanical in 1998.  The name was changed to BMW-Pilchuck Constructors in 2000, and subsequently took its current name, BMWC Constructors, Inc., in 2002, with offices located in Kent, WA, and Portland, OR.  The company provides fabrication and installation of ultra-high purity and process piping as well as instrumentation installation emphasizing biotechnology, semiconductor, hospital, healthcare and industrial construction services.

BMWC Process Fabrications, Inc. - Located in Indianapolis, IN, this company was formed in 2002 and has been developed and grown in response to the hygienic custom fabrication needs of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology marketplace
