BMWC offers a leading paid internship program to provide real-world training to students. We work hard to boost their job experience while providing financial assistance. Our interns work with direct supervisors, gaining the skills needed to flourish in the construction industry. Each year, we offer more internship opportunities. We have openings for internships within the following fields: Project Engineer, Safety, Quality, Information Systems, and Finance.

At BMWC, our interns work hard and learn a lot, but also have fun. Project teams and office staff (even our CEO!) go out with interns to local activities like escape rooms, Top Golf, axe throwing and bowling. Interns are also welcome to participate in volunteer activities while working for BMWC, we have several organizations that we support.

Set-up for Success

The BMWC Internship Program begins with a full day of orientation. We do our best to start all interns on the same day, to meet each other and get the same first day experience. Interns learn about the company and meet with several people who are available throughout the internship. We also finish each Internship Program with a presentation from each intern, to share what each person experienced and learned throughout their time at BMWC.

Inside tip: attending a local career fair improves your chances of being selected for our internship program. Check your local college campus to see if we are on the list.
