Alex Sanchez- Felix

Division Controller

Alex Sanchez-Felix is the Controller for BMWC’s Indianapolis division, where he oversees accounting operations and plays a key role in corporate month-end and year-end close processes. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Alex joined BMWC in 2019 after five years with a large public accounting firm.
He earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University–Indianapolis and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics and Accounting from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Alex brings technical and operational expertise in financial management to support the company’s operational and strategic goals.

Andy McGuire

Corporate Director of Learning & Innovation

Andy McGuire joined BMWC in 2023, bringing over 30 years of expertise in training and talent development. He holds a B.A. in Humanities from Purdue University and an M.S. in Education from Indiana University, as well as several professional certifications. With a background that includes experience at large global companies and expertise in construction-related industries, Andy’s leadership is pivotal in driving BMWC’s learning and innovation initiatives.

Bart Maple

Executive Vice President & COO

Bart Maple serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at BMWC, bringing over 25 years of experience across all regions and industries within BMWC's operations. He joined the company in 1998 after earning a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University. Bart’s journey with BMWC began in the Midwest, followed by a move to Seattle, where he managed projects across the Pacific Northwest. In 2013, Bart moved to Houston, TX as General Manager of BMWC's Houston operations. In 2019, Bart returned to the Midwest as BMWC's Vice President of Construction. In 2022, Bart was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
 

Brad Bechinske

Area Manager, Northwest Indiana

Brad serves as Area Manager at BMWC, overseeing construction operations in Northwest Indiana. Brad is responsible for leading project management teams delivering industrial construction projects in the power generation, industrial metals, chemical, and manufacturing industries. Brad graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management in 2008. He joined BMWC upon graduation and progressed through the ranks, from project engineer to project manager, in 2017. In 2024, Brad assumed his current role as Area Manager.

Chris Buckman

President & CEO

Chris began his career with BMWC in 1997 as a project engineer, following his graduation from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management. Chris has been President and CEO of BMWC since 2021. Before being named President and CEO, Chris excelled in various leadership roles, including Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, and Chief Operating Officer. Under Chris’s leadership, the company has experienced significant growth, expanding into new geographic locations and market segments.

Chris Kramer

Assistant Quality Director

Chris serves as Assistant Quality Director at BMWC, driven by a passion for delivering excellence in every project. He holds a B.S. in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University and brings extensive experience to the team. As BMWC’s acting ASNT Level III Inspector, Chris oversees the company’s visual inspection training program and maintains multiple inspection-related certifications through AWS and API.
Committed to advancing industry standards, Chris is Vice Chair of the ASME Bioprocessing Equipment (BPE) Material Joining Subcommittee and holds contractor licenses in Iowa and Michigan. He works closely with teams across multiple regions to develop and execute tailored quality plans that ensure the highest standards for our clients.

Chris Lamberson

Area Manager, Southern Indiana

As BMWC's Area Manager based in Evansville, IN, Chris is responsible for overseeing construction operations throughout southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Kentucky. Chris joined BMWC in 2020, bringing with him over 20 years of industrial construction experience. Chris began his career as an IBEW Electrician, working on some of the country's most complex industrial construction projects. Chris earned an Associate's Degree in Electrical Technology from Ivy Tech while completing his apprenticeship with the IBEW. After several years in craft leadership roles, Chris transitioned to project management. Chris' experience includes maintenance, capital, and turnaround project management in the refining, power generation, industrial manufacturing, and petrochemical industries. Chris serves on the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) for electricians, and is a member of the Labor Relations Committee for The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC), as well as Central and Southern Indiana NECA and MCA Southern Indiana.

Clay West

Corporate Director of EH&S

Clay is the EH&S Director at BMWC, where he leads the development and management of safety policies and programs to ensure world-class safety performance and compliance. Clay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety from Indiana State University and is a Certified Safety Professional with 26 years in the industry. Clay’s career at BMWC began as a Field Safety Administrator in Indianapolis, where he gained valuable experience managing safety on large capital and shutdown projects. Indianapolis. Clay is an active member of the MCA of Chicago Safety Directors' Committee and the NWIBRT Safety Subcommittee.
 

Dan Huppenthal

Division Controller

Dan serves as Division Controller at BMWC, overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and compliance for the Munster and Ohio offices. In this role, he drives initiatives that improve reporting accuracy, implement cost-saving strategies, and support major projects to strengthen financial performance.
Dan started at BMWC in 1997 and has held multiple accounting roles, contributing to numerous critical projects. He was promoted to Division Controller in 2016 and continues to provide leadership and financial oversight to BMWC’s accounting team. He earned his degree in Accounting from Purdue University, bringing a strong foundation in financial management to every aspect of his work.

Daniel Stegvilas

Corporate Manager of Procurement

Daniel serves as Corporate Manager of Procurement at BMWC, providing leadership in developing, implementing, and managing procurement strategies and related services. He oversees initiatives and staff to ensure efficient processes that support BMWC’s operational goals. Dan joined BMWC in 1989 and has over 4 decades of experience in the construction industry. Daniel brings unmatched expertise and insight to his role. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he exemplifies dedication and discipline in every aspect of his work. Daniel and his team are committed to meeting and exceeding expectations while delivering exceptional support to BMWC’s construction operations.

Dave Cronk

Assistant EHS Director

Dave serves as Assistant EHS Director at BMWC, where he supports the development and implementation of safety programs that drive industry-leading performance and compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University and is a Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Dave joined BMWC in 2012 but, began his career in the field in 2005. Where he gained hands-on expertise in managing safety on complex projects. His extensive background and commitment to continuous improvement help ensure a strong safety culture across all operations.

Eric DeLaney

Vice President of Operations

Eric joined BMWC in 1996 after graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Building Construction Management. Eric was quickly promoted through the ranks of Project Engineer and served as Project Manager before being promoted to Area Manager in 2021. In 2025, Eric was promoted to Vice President of Operations, overseeing construction operations for BMWC's offices in Munster, Indiana, Evansville, Indiana, and Toledo, Ohio. Eric has extensive experience executing construction projects at refineries, chemical plants, battery plants, power plants, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Eric actively contributes to the industry as a board member and Treasurer of the MCA of Chicago, and he chairs the JATC committee (Joint Apprentice Training Committee) for Local 597 Pipefitters.
 

Eric Stevenson

Corporate Director of Quality

Eric serves as BMWC’s Corporate Quality Director, spearheading the development of quality programs and ensuring strict adherence to code compliance across all projects. Eric holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Louisiana State University and has over 35 years of experience, 8 with BMWC, managing quality on industrial construction projects. Eric holds numerous licenses and certifications that reinforce BMWC's commitment to quality and safety, including AWS and AISC accreditations, as well as boiler licenses for West Virginia, Kentucky, and North Carolina. He is certified in OSHA 10, 20, 500, 510, and 7110 and is well-versed in ASME standards. His expertise ensures that BMWC consistently meets and exceeds the highest quality benchmarks.

Jack Rupp

Corporate Director of Information Services

Jack serves as the Corporate Director of Information Services at BMWC, where he ensures the availability, reliability, and security of all technology solutions. Focused on aligning technology initiatives with core business strategies, Jack drives innovation and supports the company’s long-term goals. He joined BMWC in 2018, bringing 2 decades of experience in information technology. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Technology Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, both from Purdue University.

Jake Remboldt

Area Manager, Arizona

As BMWC's Area Manager for Arizona operations, Jake is responsible for construction operations throughout the Southwest. Jake joined BMWC in 2017 after graduating from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management. In 2022, Jake was promoted to Project Manager and relocated from BMWC's Portland, Oregon office to Phoenix, Arizona, to lead a large semiconductor industry project. In 2023, Jake was promoted to Area Manager of BMWC's Arizona operations, leading project execution teams throughout the Southwest.

Jeff Tucker

Corporate Director of Finance

Jeff is the Corporate Director of Finance at BMWC, where he oversees budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management across the organization. A Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience, Jeff holds a degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and has been with BMWC since 2018. His expertise in finance supports BMWC’s strategic objectives, ensuring financial stability and accuracy across all operations.
 

Jeremy Madison

Area Manager, Oregon

As BMWC's Area Manager, Jeremy oversees construction operations for BMWC's semiconductor industry projects in Portland, Oregon. Jeremy joined BMWC in 2009 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management. Prior to being named Area Manager, Jeremy served as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for BMWC's largest and most complex semiconductor industry projects.

Jon Zimmerman

Manager of Off-Site Fabrication and Equipment Department

Jon Zimmerman serves as Manager of Off-site Fabrication and Equipment Shop Operations at BMWC. He oversees fabrication operations across BMWC’s multiple off-site pipe fabrication and modular assembly facilities, totaling more than 400,000 square feet of space. In addition to his fabrication responsibilities, Jon manages BMWC’s equipment and tool shops. A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management, Jon joined BMWC in 2004 after completing his degree. He began his career as a project engineer and advanced through roles in project management before taking on his current leadership position.

Justin Knapp

Area Manager, Chicagoland

As BMWC's Area Manager based in our Munster, IN office, Justin is responsible for construction operations throughout the Chicagoland area. Justin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Northern Illinois University and has over 30 years of experience in the industrial construction industry. He began his career as a Journeyman Ironworker in 1993 and quickly progressed to Superintendent. In 2011, Justin transitioned from Superintendent to Project Manager, where he successfully managed maintenance, capital projects, and turnarounds for BMWC at industrial client sites throughout the Chicagoland area. Justin was promoted to Area Manager in 2024 and leads a team of project management professionals delivering industrial construction projects within the refining, chemical, power generation, and petrochemical industries throughout the Chicagoland area.

Karrie Ree

Division Controller

Karrie serves as the Division Controller for the Western Region, leading all financial operations for the division. With deep expertise in project accounting, cost control, and regulatory compliance, Karrie ensures accurate financial reporting and provides strategic insights that drive profitability and operational excellence. She partners closely with project managers and leadership teams to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maintain transparency throughout every phase of construction. Her commitment to integrity and continuous process improvement positions the division for sustainable growth in a highly competitive industry.

Kevin Gschwind

Area Manager, North Carolina

Kevin is BMWC's Area Manager responsible for BMWC’s operations in North Carolina. With a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, Kevin has 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including 17 years with BMWC. His background spans the pharmaceutical, chemical, semiconductor, and refining industries. Before being promoted to Area Manager in 2024, Kevin served as a project manager, successfully executing projects nationwide, gaining valuable experience and a diverse understanding of industrial construction. Kevin is based out of BMWC's Raleigh-Durham office.
 

Kevin Kohart

Chief Risk Officer

Kevin joined BMWC as General Counsel in 2002. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, a J.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Purdue University. As Chief Risk Officer, Kevin’s expertise is essential in guiding BMWC’s approach to risk assessment and strategic planning.

Kristyn Loudermilk

Training Manager

Kristyn Loudermilk is BMWC’s Training Manager, leading the team that designs and manages company‑wide learning programs. She’s known for dependable delivery, clear communication, and strong collaboration across operations and corporate groups. Previously Marketing & Communications Manager, Kristyn brings an audience‑focused approach to training and change. She guides complex rollouts from planning through adoption, applying practical project management and change practices to achieve measurable results. Kristyn joined BMWC in 2009 after graduating from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism (Graphic Design and Magazine) and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. She is committed to helping BMWC’s people grow while advancing BMWC's values of people, safety, integrity, and customers for life.
 

Laura Mason

Corporate Director of Human Resources

Since joining BMWC in 2020, Laura Mason has been a transformative force as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. With a B.S. in Psychology from Purdue University and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Laura brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in employee relations and development. Before her impactful tenure at BMWC, Laura honed her skills in various HR roles at Kaman Distribution, where she gained a well-rounded perspective on fostering positive workplace environments. Her extensive experience has made her a valuable asset to BMWC, where she continually strives to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational culture.

Meagan Perratore

Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager

Meagan serves as the Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager at BMWC Constructors, where she drives strategies to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent. She oversees the development of inclusive and effective talent pipelines, systems, and networks that support organizational growth. Meagan joined BMWC Constructors in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Southern Indiana. She is also SHRM-CP certified and currently serves as the Director of Certification on the Indianapolis SHRM Board. With extensive experience in human resources—particularly within the engineering and construction sectors—she brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, retention strategies, employer branding, and talent management.

Michael Culbertson

Vice President of Operations

Michael joined BMWC in 2007 as a project manager. He holds a B.S. degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. His project management experience includes managing large pharmaceutical, power generation, and industrial manufacturing projects. In 2020 Michael was promoted to Area Manager and managed BMWC's Central Indiana Operations. In 2025, Michael was promoted to Vice President of Operations and is responsible for construction operations in Central Indiana and North Carolina. Michael serves on the JATC Board for Local 440 Pipefitters.

Mike Keller

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Keller joined BMWC in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mike’s expertise includes financial management, project controls, risk management, tax planning, and construction operations. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Evansville. Before joining BMWC, Mike was the CFO of The Estridge Companies, a prominent Indianapolis home builder and land developer, for 21 years. His background also includes roles in accounting at PepsiCo and in public accounting.

Mike Keneson

Corporate Director of Project Services

As Director of Project Services, Mike oversees preconstruction, virtual design and construction, off-site fabrication, estimating, project controls, and procurement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and brings extensive experience in the industry. Mike joined BMWC Constructors in 2001 and has developed deep expertise across the refining, chemical, power generation, and EV battery sectors, playing a key role in delivering innovative solutions and driving operational excellence.

Neil Moyer

Division Controller

Neil serves as Division Controller at BMWC, overseeing the financial operations of our Evansville and North Carolina Divisions. As a division controller, he leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting functions. Neil began his career with BMWC in 1999 as a Project Accountant, gaining hands-on experience with project-level financials before advancing into leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis. Recognized as a steady and collaborative leader, Neil brings consistency, financial expertise, and a team-focused approach to BMWC’s financial operations.

Nick Miranda

Senior Business Development Manager

As BMWC's Senior Business Development Manager, Nick continually seeks new business ventures and partnerships within the advanced manufacturing and industrial industries, where BMWC Constructors’ services will offer a competitive advantage, provide growth opportunities for the company, and foster long-standing partnerships, or “Customers for Life.” In addition to business development responsibilities, Nick manages BMWC's corporate marketing team, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement, and customer retention. Nick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Purdue University and has been with BMWC since 2014.

Nick Randles

Area Manager, Ohio

Nick joined BMWC in 2006 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Construction Engineering. After several years of managing projects out of BMWC's Munster, Indiana office, Nick was tasked with establishing a BMWC office in Ohio. He successfully established BMWC's presence in Ohio and was promoted to Area Manager in 2020. As Area Manager, Nick is responsible for construction operations in Ohio and Southeast Michigan and is based out of BMWC's Toledo, Ohio office. Nick's expertise includes maintenance, capital projects, and turnaround execution within the industrial and advanced manufacturing industries.

Patrick Grant

Assistant Director of Information Services

Patrick serves as Assistant Director of Information Services at BMWC, where he leads the implementation and management of technology solutions that support both field and office operations. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Patrick leverages his deep understanding of project lifecycles to align IT strategies with business goals. He holds an MBA from Washington State University and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology and Network Security from Utah Valley University. Patrick is dedicated to delivering secure, reliable information systems that enhance productivity and collaboration across the organization.

Patrick O’Leary

Manager of Virtual Design

Patrick O'Leary leads BMWC’s Virtual Design and Construction department, overseeing its growth, team development, and the integration of cutting-edge technology to support a diverse range of industrial projects. He joined BMWC in 2014, bringing with him 15 years of experience in virtual design and construction. With a degree in Geo-Surveying from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Patrick has been instrumental in driving innovation across advanced manufacturing and industrial market segments.

Seth Alford

Business Development Manager

Seth is a Business Development Manager at BMWC, focusing on solving customer challenges and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. With an MBA from Texas A&M University, Seth has a decade of experience in the construction industry, including three years with BMWC. He initially joined BMWC to support the growth of the Gulf Coast office and has since transferred to the North Carolina office with the same objective. His expertise centers on the pharmaceutical sector, where he leverages industry knowledge to drive business growth.
 

Steve Jadrnak

Manager of Scheduling & Planning

Steve has been a key contributor at BMWC since 1998, bringing more than 35 years of expertise in scheduling, cost control, and project forecasting. His experience spans multiple industries, including pharmaceutical, power generation, oil & gas, and chemical. Steve has managed projects ranging from small maintenance efforts to multi-billion-dollar upgrades, and he is proficient in all phases of project development—from engineering through construction and start-up—including turnarounds (TARs) and outages. In addition to his technical expertise, Steve leads training on BMWC’s planning and cost systems, helping enhance the company’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Steve Klein

Business Development Manager

Steve Klein serves as BMWC's Western Region Business Development Manager, responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving new opportunities, and expanding BMWC's market presence. Steve joined BMWC in 2008 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management. He earned his MBA from Willamette University in 2013. Steve began his career at BMWC as a project engineer, bringing experience in both the advanced manufacturing and industrial market segments.

Tony Kanaly

President, Western Region

As President of BMWC’s Western Region, Tony oversees construction operations for BMWC's Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, and Phoenix, AZ offices. Tony joined BMWC in 1991 after earning a B.S. in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, later receiving an MBA in Finance from Butler University. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding BMWC’s West Coast Operations.
