Brad Breedlove

Senior Project Manager

Brad began his career with BMWC in 2001 after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction Management. Throughout his career at BMWC, Brad has progressed from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager, building extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  

As Senior Project Manager, Brad leads complex construction projects and delivers project execution with a strong focus on quality and performance. His decades of industry experience and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted leader and key contributor to BMWC’s continued success. 

Brian Proud

Senior Project Manager

Brian began his career with BMWC in 2011 after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Construction Engineering while also earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license. Brian has advanced through a variety of leadership roles, beginning in the company’s Pacific Northwest region before being promoted to Project Manager in 2016 and Senior Project Manager in 2024. 

As Senior Project Manager, Brian oversees construction work across a range of industries, including the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, aviation, and food and beverage industries. His technical knowledge and leadership experience have made him a strong contributor to BMWC’s continued success. 

Chet Ellis

Senior Project Manager

Chet began his career with BMWC in 2006 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management. Starting as a Project Engineer I, Chet has progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Project Engineer II, Project Engineer III, Project Manager I, Project Manager II, and now Senior Project Manager. 

As Senior Project Manager, Chet oversees project execution across the Midwest, drives business development initiatives, and fosters long-term client partnerships. Since joining BMWC in 2006,  he has managed more than $415 million in construction projects spanning the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, government, manufacturing, and data center sectors. 

Daniel Stegvilas

Corporate Manager of Procurement

Daniel serves as Corporate Manager of Procurement at BMWC, providing leadership in developing, implementing, and managing procurement strategies and related services. He oversees initiatives and staff to ensure efficient processes that support BMWC’s operational goals. Dan joined BMWC in 1989 and has over 4 decades of experience in the construction industry. Daniel brings unmatched expertise and insight to his role. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he exemplifies dedication and discipline in every aspect of his work. Daniel and his team are committed to meeting and exceeding expectations while delivering exceptional support to BMWC’s construction operations.

Dave Reymann

Senior Project Manager

Dave began his career with BMWC in 2000 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management. Dave progressed from Project Engineer I to Senior Project Manager, building extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. 

As Senior Project Manager and Account Manager responsible for BMWC’s longest-standing client relationship, Dave has excelled at leading project execution while also building strong client relationships. Dave has spent his entire career with BMWC and remains a trusted leader and valued contributor to the company’s success. 

Jon Zimmerman

Manager of Off-Site Fabrication and Equipment Department

Jon Zimmerman serves as Manager of Off-site Fabrication and Equipment Shop Operations at BMWC. He oversees fabrication operations across BMWC’s multiple off-site pipe fabrication and modular assembly facilities, totaling more than 400,000 square feet of space. In addition to his fabrication responsibilities, Jon manages BMWC’s equipment and tool shops. A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management, Jon joined BMWC in 2004 after completing his degree. He began his career as a project engineer and advanced through roles in project management before taking on his current leadership position.

Mike Keneson

Corporate Director of Project Services

As Director of Project Services, Mike oversees preconstruction, virtual design and construction, off-site fabrication, estimating, project controls, and procurement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and brings extensive experience in the industry. Mike joined BMWC Constructors in 2001 and has developed deep expertise across the refining, chemical, power generation, and EV battery sectors, playing a key role in delivering innovative solutions and driving operational excellence.

Patrick O’Leary

Manager of Virtual Design

Patrick O'Leary leads BMWC’s Virtual Design and Construction department, overseeing its growth, team development, and the integration of cutting-edge technology to support a diverse range of industrial projects. He joined BMWC in 2014, bringing with him 15 years of experience in virtual design and construction. With a degree in Geo-Surveying from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Patrick has been instrumental in driving innovation across advanced manufacturing and industrial market segments.

Ryan Lippelt

Senior Project Manager

Ryan began his career with BMWC in 2006 after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management. Since joining BMWC, Ryan has excelled at delivering complex projects within the pharmaceutical, energy, and power generation industries.  

As Senior Project Manager, Ryan leads complex construction projects and teams, fostering strong client relationships. Throughout his career, he has managed more than $900 million in projects, applying the experience and mentorship of BMWC leaders who helped shape his development. 

Steve Jadrnak

Manager of Scheduling & Planning

Steve has been a key contributor at BMWC since 1998, bringing more than 35 years of expertise in scheduling, cost control, and project forecasting. His experience spans multiple industries, including pharmaceutical, power generation, oil & gas, and chemical. Steve has managed projects ranging from small maintenance efforts to multi-billion-dollar upgrades, and he is proficient in all phases of project development—from engineering through construction and start-up—including turnarounds (TARs) and outages. In addition to his technical expertise, Steve leads training on BMWC’s planning and cost systems, helping enhance the company’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
