Welcoming the 2026 Summer Intern Class

This summer, BMWC welcomed 35 interns representing 18 universities across the country. Throughout their internships, they’ve gained hands-on project experience while learning from experienced professionals across our company.

To kick off their journey, our interns participated in Intern Day, where they heard from BMWC managers and industry experts, gaining valuable insight into our business, career development, and the opportunities that come with a career in industrial construction. The day also included some well-earned fun with a team-building outing at a local Indianapolis duckpin bowling alley, giving interns the chance to connect with one another outside of the jobsite and build relationships that will last throughout the summer.

We’re excited to invest in the next generation of construction professionals and are proud to provide meaningful experiences that help prepare future industry leaders. Welcome to the team, Class of 2026; we’re glad they’re here!
