BMWC employees in the Munster office are beaming with excitement over another successful fundraising initiative for Lake Area United Way.

BMWC raised $3,500 in a single day by selling parking spots in the office’s lot to craft beer enthusiasts flocking to the area for the Three Floyds Brewery’s world renowned “Dark Lord Day.” There are so many people that come to the event with not nearly enough parking spots available in the area, so 5 years ago, BMWC decided instead of blocking off our parking lot, we would have company volunteers direct and park cars to raise money for Lake Area United Way.

BMWC uses the neighboring brewery’s popular event to raise money and awareness for Lake Area United Way, an organization committed to improving education, income stability and healthy lives in the community.

Once again, BMWC employees exemplify their commitment to social responsibility.
