Oregonian names BMWC Top Workplace for 2021

BMWC was named a 2021 Top Workplace in Oregon and Southwest Washington by The Oregonian. Out of 119 businesses in the mid-size employer category (100 to 499 employees in Oregon and/or southwest Washington), BMWC ranked 45th.The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

The Top Workplace anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection.

As an essential business during the pandemic, BMWC continued to adapt in 2020 and 2021 keeping employees and clients safe, while still completing our critical construction work done on time. Our COVID-19 Response Team continues to work behind the scenes, keeping up-to-date on guidelines and communicating information throughout the company.

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
