Together with its fellow Central Indiana Alliance (CIA) contractors, BMWC Constructors was granted the Excellence in Safety Crystal Eagle Award. The accolade was presented during the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety’s (MICCS) 23^rd Annual Awards Banquet, which took place in the Sagamore Ballroom of the Indiana Convention Center on April 28. The event recognizes and promotes dedication to safety and the elimination of jobsite injuries amongst firms operating within the construction and maintenance fields.

CIA companies F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company and Industrial Electric received the honor alongside BMWC. This year’s reception marks the second time that the group has collectively earned the Crystal Eagle, which is the most prestigious honor presented by the MICCS. BMWC has been awarded the Crystal Eagle individually a record-breaking five times since the initial awards banquet was held in 1994.

Additionally, the company was bestowed with the title of Safety Leader for placing amongst the top five contractors that submitted Excellence in Safety reports, which are comprised of a field inspection and statistical evaluation.
